Booking  & Cancellation

By booking an appointment online or via phone, you agree to attend the booked appointment.

 

We understand that you may unexpectedly request to cancel or reschedule your booked appointment. However we request that you kindly provide sufficient warning so that your appointment time can be used by anyone else who is in need of that time slot.

 

Any cancellations will need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee being issued. Discretion will only be granted in extraordinary circumstances.

Failing to show up to a booked appointment without appropriate notice will incur a full consultation fee.

Billing

While we are a private private-billing clinic, we do accept Medicare and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) referrals. 

 

Please note that patients with Medicare referrals have a gap payment as the consult is charged in full. We attempt to Claim the Medicare portion of the consult for you, provided we have a fully completed CDM (Chronic Disease Management) plan from your GP, your Medicare card, as well as registered savings account card. 

 

We have on-the-spot private health fund rebates available through our HICAPS terminal. Simply bring your private health fund card with you to your appointment and our friendly reception team will do the rest. Please make sure to contact your health fund if you are not sure whether you have podiatry cover.
